About
Sam holds a degree in Exercise Science and brings a strong background in strength and conditioning, movement screening, and programme design. He is passionate about helping people build the physical foundations they need to live an active, pain-free life — whether that means returning from injury, improving athletic performance, or simply getting fitter and stronger.
As the lead coach in our gym, Sam designs and delivers both 1-1 personal training sessions and small group training that are carefully structured to be both challenging and safe. Every session is built around sound exercise science principles and adapted to the individual needs and capacity of each client.
Sam works closely with the IAC clinical team to ensure that gym programming complements and reinforces the rehabilitation work being done in the treatment room. This integration — between clinical care and physical training — is at the heart of what makes Injury Active Clinic different from a conventional gym or a conventional clinic.
With a keen interest in furthering his clinical knowledge, Sam is considering pursuing an MSc in Physiotherapy in the future — a natural next step for someone who has always sat at the intersection of exercise science and allied health. He is based at our Ravenhall clinic and gym.
