Craig Hardingham founded Injury Active Clinic in the UK in 2013, growing it to four successful clinics over nearly a decade. In 2022, Craig brought his unique philosophy to Melbourne — combining expert injury treatment with strength training in a way that no other clinic in Australia was doing.
His approach is built on a simple but powerful belief: treating an injury is only half the job. The other half is building the strength, resilience, and movement quality to ensure it never comes back.
By 2024, IAC Melbourne expanded to include its first gym and recovery hub, offering members a highly personalised experience that combines therapy assessments, fitness training, and long-term lifestyle guidance — all under one roof.

We treat injuries and prevent those issues from re-occurring. We follow a unique treatment approach and welcome anyone who suffers from a sports or lifestyle-related injury.
Our staff are highly qualified and constantly learning. We are committed to your wellbeing — not just treating your injury or training you during classes.
We provide first-class health services through a unique approach that combines injury treatment with fitness training and long-term lifestyle change.
