Sam holds a degree in Exercise Science and leads our personal training and small group programming. He designs and delivers structured sessions built around sound exercise science โ every programme adapted to the individual's goals, injury history, and current capacity.

Craig integrates strength and conditioning with hands-on therapy. He works with patients aged 40+ who want to build physical capacity for the next decade of life โ not just rehab the current problem.
