We don't just hand you a programme and leave you to it. Every member goes through our structured onboarding process to ensure your training is safe, effective, and tailored to you.
Our goal isn't just to offer a service but to provide one that truly aligns with your needs. Through our consultation process, we take the time to understand your goals, expectations, and performance level to craft a personalised strategy to help you achieve success.

We conduct a comprehensive 60-minute physical assessment that includes reviewing your medical history, analysing your biomechanics, blood pressure, and assessing joint ranges and strength. Based on the assessment, we'll develop a personalised rehabilitation program tailored to integrate seamlessly into your training routine.

Our programme focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and functional movement patterns to enhance your overall biomechanics and reduce specific pain. We will closely monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed throughout your rehabilitation journey.

You will receive a complimentary nutrition consultation every 6 weeks to help your nutrition align with your goals. These individual sessions will help you set realistic, sustainable goals tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle, with practical advice on planning balanced meals.

When joining a small group training class, your coach will take you through a thorough warm-up designed to prep your body for the workout ahead. The workout will include resistance training and/or cardio workouts to build lean muscle and improve aerobic fitness.

3 sessions per week with allied health coaches. Maximum 8 people per session.
