We don't just hand you a programme and leave you to it. Every member goes through our structured onboarding process to ensure your training is safe, effective, and tailored to you.
Our goal isn't just to offer a service but to provide one that truly aligns with your needs. Through our consultation process, we take the time to understand your goals, expectations, and performance level to craft a personalised strategy to help you achieve success.
We conduct a comprehensive 60-minute physical assessment that includes reviewing your medical history, injury background, and current limitations so every training decision accounts for your full picture.
Your coach designs a programme that integrates strength, mobility, and rehab work — calibrated to your goals, your conditions, and your training history.
3 sessions per week with maximum 8 people per session. Every session is coached by an allied health professional who understands injury, rehabilitation, and progressive training.
Your coach reviews your progress regularly and adjusts the programme as you advance. No set-and-forget — your training evolves with you.
