About This Clinic

A complete allied health and rehab facility.

Ravenhall is the home of Injury Active Clinic in Melbourne, a purpose-built space inside the Train With Pain gym combining clinical treatment rooms with a full-size rehabilitation gym. From your first physio or osteo assessment, through hands-on treatment, into structured strength and rehab work in the gym, it all happens here, with the same team.

That set-up suits sports and gym injuries in particular: the practitioner who assesses your injury can plan your loading and return-to-sport work in the gym next door, so treatment and training follow one plan.

Conveniently positioned for the Caroline Springs, Derrimut and Taylors Hill catchment, with free on-site parking and easy freeway access. Closer to the inner west? See our Altona clinic inside Movement Culture.

Where is Injury Active Clinic Ravenhall?
We're at 38 Panamax Road, Ravenhall VIC 3023, inside the Train With Pain gym. It's about 5 minutes from Caroline Springs, with easy access from the Western Freeway and the Western Ring Road, and we see patients from Derrimut, Taylors Hill, Deer Park and across Melbourne's west.
Is there parking at the Ravenhall clinic?
Yes. There is free on-site parking at 38 Panamax Road.
What are the Ravenhall clinic hours?
Monday 7am to 8pm; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 8:30pm; Wednesday 7:30am to 8:30pm; and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Online booking shows live availability for each practitioner.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book osteopathy, myotherapy, physiotherapy or exercise physiology directly online or by phone. You only need a GP referral if you want to use a Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan. WorkCover and TAC clients need a referral from their treating doctor.
Can I claim on my private health insurance?
Yes. We have HICAPS on site, so you can claim your health fund rebate on the spot at the end of your appointment. Bring your health fund card. How much you get back depends on your level of extras cover. Myotherapy isn't covered by Medicare.
How much does an appointment cost?
Fees depend on the service, the practitioner and whether it is an initial or standard consultation. Current fees for every service are listed on our prices page. See current prices →
What happens in my first appointment?
Your first appointment is an initial consultation. Your practitioner will ask about your injury or pain, your health history and what you want to get back to, then assess how you move to work out what is driving your symptoms. They'll explain what they've found, start treatment where it's appropriate, and agree a plan with you, which often includes exercises and, where it helps, work in our on-site rehab gym.
How long are appointments?
Initial and extended consultations are 60 minutes. Standard follow-up consultations are 30 minutes.
What should I bring?
Bring your health fund card if you want to claim on the spot, any referral or claim details if you're coming through Medicare, WorkCover or TAC, and any scans or reports related to the problem. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
Who will I see at Ravenhall?
Our Ravenhall team includes Danielle Rosales (osteopath), Craig Hardingham (founder and head myotherapist), Emily Gray (exercise physiologist and myotherapist) and Sam Owens (exercise scientist and coach). You can choose your practitioner when you book online. Meet the team →
Do you treat sports injuries?
Yes. We assess and treat sports and gym injuries such as muscle strains, tendon pain, ankle sprains and running injuries, and the rehab gym in the same building means your return-to-sport work can be planned and supervised by the same team. Sports injury treatment at Ravenhall →
